Monthly rates are subject to 5% service charge, 7%V.A.T and electricity charges of Baht 5.-per unit and are inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times a week linen change and water and utility supply.

Rates are quoted based on a 30 days
month. The rate for months with 28 or
31 days will be adjusted based on the
daily rate of a 30 days month

Yearly rates are available on request
basis.

All rates are subject to change without
prior notice and including any change
in government’s regulation on V.A.T.

For tenancy of less than three months,
a security deposit of one month rental
plus onemonth rent in advance is required.
•
For tenancy of more than three months,
a security deposit of two months rental
plus one month rent in advance is required.
